- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- A valid marksheet or degree certificate must be produced at the time of registration

- Minimum 18 months of branch-level experience as an officer
- Experience must be in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (listed in RBI Second Schedule)
- Experience should be post-qualification, i.e., after completion of graduation
